Rich, creamy and fresh, it’s a great way to break your fast or an indulgent way to get your post-workout protein in.
And it couldn’t be easier. Seriously, there are only two steps to it.
Ingredients
- 60 g mango (frozen or fresh)
- 150 g low-fat Greek yoghurt
- 50 g mango pulp (optional)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
Add all of your ingredients into a blender and blend.
Pour into your favourite glass, add a straw if you’re feeling fancy, and enjoy.
