RECIPE

Fitwaffle’s High-Protein Gingerbread Cheesecake Dip

Don’t want to wait around for things to bake or set? We got you.

This high-protein, festive sweet treat is the ultimate time-saving hack for anyone looking for instant rewards with minimal fuss. This deliciously indulgent cheesecake dip will satisfy your dessert cravings, with none of the effort of actually having to bake a dessert.

All you need to do is whip up a thick, creamy cheesecake filling with a few simple ingredients — including a generous scoop of our Impact Whey Protein to boost your daily intake.

It’s perfect for sharing with friends and family — we definitely recommend skipping the spoons and serving with mini gingerbread men instead.

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 220 g 0% fat Greek yoghurt
  • 70 g light cream cheese
  • 30 g Impact Whey Protein (Vanilla)
  • ½ tsp. sweetener (optional)
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. ginger
  • 6 mini gingerbread men to dip

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth and combined.

  2. Scoop the cheesecake mix into a bowl and smooth out with the back of a spoon. Add sprinkles, gold stars, and any other festive toppings you fancy.

  3. Serve with plenty of mini gingerbread men for dipping – or just go straight in there with a spoon for a lower carb option!
