Ingredients
- 150 g Protein Pancake Mix
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 300 ml milk/milk alternative
- 1 banana
- 20 g chocolate chunks
- 150 g raspberries
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 220C while you make the mixture.
Mix together your pancake mix, cinnamon, milk and baking powder.
Pop your banana, raspberries and chocolate chunks into the mixture and make sure they’re spread out evenly to get the perfect ratio.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Cut into squares and enjoy — you might even want to top with some fresh fruit if you have extra time.
