Ingredients
- 40 g THE Plant
- 50 g oats
- 1 banana
- 60 g frozen berries
- 15 g nut butter
- 10 g honey
- 200 ml almond milk
Instructions

Pop all the ingredients into a blender

Blend until smooth

Pour into your favourite glass and drink immediately or put in the fridge for later
