2-Step Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Rice Cake

Peanut butter and chocolate is undeniably one of the best combos. The saltiness of the peanut butter combined with sweet chocolate makes for a match made in heaven.

) is the perfect little energy boost, providing 5g of protein per rice cake. And with just three key ingredients and two cooking steps, they’re basically foolproof. Here’s how to make ‘em.

Ingredients

  • 6 rice cakes
  • 6tbsp. peanut butter
  • 60-70g melted dark chocolate
  • Sprinkle flaked salt

Instructions

  1. Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on each rice cake and dip into the melted chocolate. Add a sprinkle of flaked salt.

  2. Chill in the freezer for 5-10 mins.
