World’s Strongest Brothers Consume 10,260g Of Protein Per Month

There are two things that strongmen like Luke and Tom Stoltman do without fail. First, they lift really heavy things. Second, they eat a lot of food. And when I say a lot, I mean a lot.
In protein terms, that’s 378g of protein per day, 2646g per week, or 11340g per month. If you want to be a strongman, you’ve got to eat plenty of protein.
