Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Crush the digestive biscuit into crumbs by placing it inside a zip lock bag and hitting with a rolling pin.

  2. Pour the crumbs into a clean ramekin and add the melted butter. Mix with a teaspoon to combine, then pat the biscuit base down into a smooth, flat layer at the bottom of the ramekin.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix the fat-free Greek yoghurt and Chocolate Peanut Butter Impact Whey Protein until completely smooth and lump free.

  4. Pour the yoghurt mixture on top of the biscuit base in the ramekin, smoothing it with the back of a teaspoon to create a flat surface.

  5. Top with the melted All-Natural Peanut Butter and smooth into another circular layer. Repeat the process with the Protein Spread.

  6. Top with 2 mini peanut butter cups (if you wish) for the perfect indulgent final touch. Dig in immediately or keep in the fridge for a treat later on.
