No-Bake High-Protein Easter Cheesecake

Cheesecake, protein and Mini Easter Eggs. What’s not to like?

Many people like to indulge a little over Easter, and this recipe from @kirstyfletcher_ will not disappoint. And with just 430 calories per serving, it won’t harm your macros. It’s a delicious protein-filled snack — that’s something we can get behind.

If you get your jars in a row, you can even prep this snack for the week. And that’s right up our street — there’s nothing we love more than meal prep.

Servings
Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 30 g oats
  • 15 g honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 white chocolate kvarg
  • 15 g milk chocolate spread
  • 5 mini eggs

Method

  1. Mix together your oats, honey, vanilla extract and milk.

  2. Pop in the microwave for 1 minute, stirring halfway through

  3. Add to your jar or ramekin then pop into the freezer for a few minutes.

  4. Combine the Kvarg with half of the melted protein spread.

  5. Spoon the mixture onto your cheesecake base, and top with the remainder of your melted protein spread.

  6. Then add some Mini Eggs chunks around the edges and place some whole mini eggs in the centre.

  7. Place in the fridge for at least 5 hours and enjoy!
