It’s the perfect dessert for anyone looking to hit their protein target and satisfy that sweet tooth at the same time.
Ingredients
- 200ml unsweetened almond milk
- Lots of ice
- 1scoop Impact Whey Protein or Vegan alternative (Zack used Cookies & Cream flavour)
- 2g xantham gum (optional — but makes it much creamier)(optional
- Drizzle low-cal chocolate sauce or syrup
Instructions
Add all your ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy
Pour into your favourite glass
Drizzle with chocolate sauce and top with extra M&Ms
