Nutty, chocolatey, gooey, and so damn tasty

A calorie deficit doesn’t need to be dull. And this no-bake brownie recipe from @marino_katsouris proves it. It's just as gooey as a regular brownie but the macros are way better. Hello, 13g of protein per serving.

There’s no need to preheat the oven or don the oven gloves. Just mix the ingredients together, put in the freezer for a few hours, and you’re good to go. If you prefer your brownies on the gooey side (or you’re just impatient), take them out of the freezer sooner.

Servings
10 slices

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Myprotein THE Whey or THE Plant
  • 200 g Myprotein Triple Nut Butter
  • 400 g bananas
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • pinch salt
  • handful toppings (of your choice)

Instructions

1.

Mix all the ingredients except toppings and salt in a bowl until smooth.

2.

Pour into a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.

3.

Add a pinch of salt and toppings.

4.

Put in the freezer or fridge for 1-3 hours until set and enjoy.

If she’s not in the kitchen, she’s tucked up with a book for an early night, or you’ll find her in the gym working up a sweat. Afterall, all those carbs require quite the appetite.
