- 40g THE Plant
- 50g oats
- 1 banana
- 60g frozen berries
- 15g nut butter
- 10g honey
- 200ml almond milk
Instructions
Pop all the ingredients into a blender
Blend until smooth
Pour into your favourite glass and drink immediately or put in the fridge for later
