Ingredients

  • 40g THE Plant
  • 50g oats
  • 1 banana
  • 60g frozen berries
  • 15g nut butter
  • 10g honey
  • 200ml almond milk

Instructions

  1. Pop all the ingredients into a blender

  2. Blend until smooth  

  3. Pour into your favourite glass and drink immediately or put in the fridge for later
