Our #TreatWithoutTheCheat creations quickly became an essential in every respectable household — if you haven’t already got yourself slightly addicted to these irresistibly gooey delights, then really, what have you been doing?

Soft in the centre and packed with an impressive 20g of protein, each one is baked with a rich chocolatey dough that’s low in sugar and high in fibre. Yep, we’re serious about snacking.

1. THE Pull

What you need: What to do:
  1. Take time out of your day to find a relaxing spot, maybe treat yourself to a seat on something comfy — definitely put your phone down — and then unwrap a Filled Protein Cookie. Warning: you may want to check no scavengers are lurking nearby for a bite.
  2. Place both hands (lovingly) on either side of the cookie.
  3. Then, slowly but surely, pull your Filled Protein Cookie apart, to release all that oozing caramel.
 

2. Double the ooze

What you need: What to do:
  1. Place a couple of Filled Protein Cookies on a microwaveable plate — making sure to unwrap them first!
  2. Microwave for 15-30 seconds, top with squirty cream and then dig in to deliciously warm, oozing indulgence.

Warning: the caramel centre can get really hot when microwaved, so be careful.

 

3. Dunk it

What you need: What to do:

It doesn’t get more natural than that milk and cookie combo, right? You know the drill.

 

4. Sandwich goals

What you need: What to do:
  1. Unwrap your Filled Protein Cookies and place one upside down on a plate.
  2. Carefully place a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the cookie.
  3. Complete the sandwich by putting the second cookie on top and firmly squishing down.
