Makes 24 mini pancakes (8 skewers, 2 servings)Ingredients
- 2 scoops Pancake Mix
- 100 ml oat milk
- 200 g fresh fruit (Flow uses mixed berries and bananas)
- Optional Chocolate Spread, icing sugar or whatever other topping you fancy
Instructions
Add the milk and protein to a shaker bottle and shake well.
Pour the mixture into a squeezy condiment bottle.
Heat a frying pan with a little oil.
Squeeze the pancake mix onto the pan to make mini pancakes.
Cook each side for 45 seconds to 1 minute. Flip when the pancakes no longer stick to the pan.
Build the skewers by alternating between pancakes and fruit. Flo uses 4 pancakes per skewer.
Pierce through the middle with a skewer and arrange all the skewers on a plate.
Top with your favourite toppings and dig in!
