This recipe makes one large shake with 37g of protein — perfect if you’re looking for a big snack to help with a bulk.

Or you can split it into two smaller shakes if you just need tasty protein boost. Two shakes still provide a hefty 18g protein per shake.

It’s super quick and easy as well as a treat for the taste buds. Here’s how to make it.

Makes 1 large shake or 2 smaller shakes.

Ingredients

  • 300 ml milk (any)
  • 30 g Impact Whey Protein in Cereal Milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 3-4 Oreos
  • Squirt whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Add all your ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. 

  2. Pour into your favourite glass, top with whipped cream if you fancy, and drink up.
