Darien Johnson hasn’t got the nickname “that ab guy” for no reason. If you should be taking ab advice from anyone, he’s probably the man for the job...
He’s got an incredible ab workout for you, one that’ll get you a little bit of cardio in as well as a core burn.
It consists of six exercises, and Darien suggests doing 15-20 reps of each for five rounds for the best results.The good news is these are all done with nothing but bodyweight so can easily be done if you can't get to the gym.
