Indulgent-tasting & fuss-free, these bars are the perfect vegan treat.

You don’t have to have loads of time or ingredients to perfect these delicious no-bake Biscoff bars. In a few simple steps you’ll be enjoying a sweet plant-based snack that’s perfect for a post-gym energy boost or evening dessert.

Made with our delicious Vegan Protein Blend, which combines a winning blend of protein from pea and fava bean isolates, and a generous scoop of instant oats, these bars are ideal fuel for your training routine. We’re always big advocates for hitting your daily macro targets while satisfying your sweet-tooth – and it’s a bonus these happen to be plant-based too.

The best part is that this recipe makes enough for 12 evenly sliced bars, so you can keep any leftovers for easy grab-n-go snacks – that is assuming you’re able to resist finishing them all in one go, which is definitely easier said than done.

Try them out and we’re pretty sure they’ll quickly become a regular feature in your kitchen.

Instructions

  1. First, make your base by adding the Biscoff spread and maple syrup to a large mixing bowl. Use a spoon to combine the two ingredients together into a thick, sticky dough-like consistency.

  2. Next, add the Vegan Protein Blend and instant oats. It’s best to use your hands to combine these dry ingredients into the Biscoff spread mixture, so you can create a crumbly dough.

  3. Once you’re sure that you have evenly combined everything, transfer the mixture to a lined baking tin and use the back of a spoon to create a smooth, flat base layer.

  4. Now, gently heat the remaining Biscoff spread so that you can easily pour it on top of your base layer. Smooth out to the edges with a spoon and then refrigerate for 1 hour minimum.

  5. Once set, remove from the baking tin use a sharp knife to cut into 12 evenly sized bars.

  6. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for whenever your cravings come calling.
