I'm in love with this stuff
5Thanks to this product, I no longer have to buy protein bars. I instead make my own in less than 5 minutes, for less than half the price, for fewer calories and almost zero fat, for nearly double the protein. All I do is mix 120g of vitafiber with 150ml of water, and 180g protein powder of choice. Mix in a bowl, pat into a tin and freeze. Done. It makes 4. And it doesn't even go rock hard in the freezer, so I can take it out and it's edible in less than 10 min. And not even that cold (trust me, I have sensitive teeth).
