This powder has been a game changer for me on my weight loss/fitness journey.  This powder is great to have with me during the day, mixes so well with water and tastes great whilst filling me up and stopping hunger and cravings.  Highly recommend this and is now my daily go to for supporting me.

Best with cold water - I also add ice and in a big water bottle will stay cold and refreshing all day.
