initially mixing it you'll see it turn from a white powder to a dark reddish orangish colour, with blue spots at the top, doesn't sound all appealing, but once you get past the okayish taste, and give it some time, you can feel the effects take place. this pre-workout lasted me for my whole workout and i'm looking forward to trying other flavours (i had cola)

Goes Well With:

BCAA (i mixed it with the same flavour, cola with cola)
