Pretty decent Protein Powder.
5Tried an abundance of protein powders and this is for sure one of the better ones. Tastes like a choccy Milkshake, and can be used in heaps of different recipes!Goes Well With:Smoothies/shake Pancake mix Porridge

Great for Post Workout
4I get the unflavoured version and find it is great for having after an intense workout. The taste can get a little bit to get used to, but if you are working hard, then when you finish your body is so craving protein and fluid it doesn't really matter anyway. And the taste isn't bad, just different, you definitely get used to it. I typically mix 1 scoop with 200ml of cold water, any more water and its not as creamy and nice. I do find i have to rinse the shaker out and drink it a couple times after to make sure i get all of it because it has a tendency to froth up a bit. great source of high quality protein in high concentration perfect for after your workout to feed your muscles.Goes Well With:I always have a serve of fruit and berries at the same time after my workout to help provide some carbs so my body doesn't use the protein to restore depleted glycogen reserves

Unflavoured Iso:Pro
4Flavourless protein is great as I don't have to worry about having a horrible tasting protein. Avoiding fillers, preservatives etc Mixes quite well, even in a glass. Goes Well With:Water Milk Milk and honey is great!

The vanilla flavour
1I'm sorry to tell you that the vanilla flavor was the worst. I've tasted chocolate and it was great and effective. I have to say that this protein is one of the best in the quality but not the taste.
