Delicious basic protein for all your needs
5I have tried - salted caramel, rocky road, mocha, vanilla raspberry - chocolate brownie, choc banana, choc caramel - birthday cake, apple crumble and custard Would never try apple crumble and custard again it was awful, bland, and did not mix well or taste good with cow milk, almond milk, water or even vanilla almond milk. Threw it out. Choc brownie/banana/caramel is the best, simple basic proteins that give you everything you need, digest well, taste INCREDIBLE with almond or cows or oat milk, no nasty gut feelings or gas. Have repurchased multiple times over the past 3 years and will for the rest of my time using protein. Mixed well with water, tasted good and perfect for on the go. vanilla raspberry worked best with cows milk, added a little vanilla ice cream and was incredible, did not taste good with water at all and i would not recommend. Rocky road is a bit underwhelming, but when baked into a 'healthier' cake it came out delicious! I used stevia, was an awesome treat. Worked best with cows milk, was too weak when teamed with almond milk and did not go with water at all was awful. Mocha was average, would not repurchase I would rather go for the chocolate coffee flavour instead if i could repurchase the flavourGoes Well With:cows milk and almond milk

4Mix with mainly water, as well as milk and coffee. Notable strength improvement. Muscle growth slightly enhanced. Goes Well With:Water.

Whey Protein
4I have begun taking this whey protein in lieu of another product that I used and it is as effective as my previous protein shake. It is great in taste and also works well when added to the smoothie that I make - Avocado and Banana Smoothie. Give it a go and you shall never regret this purchase and product. Goes Well With:Home made smoothies - Avocado and Banana in Full cream milk with peanut butter and flax seed. Home made smoothies - Carrot and Banana in Full cream milk with peanut butter and flax seed.

Pretty good flavour
5I’ve had the strawberry and cream flavour, cookies and cream, chocolate brownie and white chocolate. I’ve loved all except the white chocolate has a bit of an odd taste to it - which I should’ve expected. But the other side taste really good! But maybe stay clear of the white choc

5Great fast delivery Got 2 protein flavours delivered: chocolate smooth and banana. Chocolate was nice mixed with water but banana not so much. No worries though when blended with other ingredients.
