4Hi I got my parcel today and I had it as a post workout but I have a question is it necessary to add 3 1/2 scoops? Or can I take take 1 scoop only?

strawberry and cream review
3I bought the strawberry and cream flavour honestly it tastes really bad so I put it in smoothies instead of just taking it with water or milk. It's really sweet but that was expected for a mass gainer. Aside from all of that it definitely works and I'm happy with it but next time I will either get chocolate or just some normal whey protein.Goes Well With:water milk or in a smoothie

5Hi. Yes have brought bag.. important thing that it works .. Gain weight with this product in a week.. gonna buy another bag.. I have 3 scoops 3x a day.. After breakfast, lunch and before bed.. Thank you.Goes Well With:Milk... I mixed it in glass till smooth texture but not to runny

Easy Gains
4Taste is a bit sweet but overall the gains and nutritional benefits outweigh that. Can be easily mixed in with some oats or blended with fruit.

5This is my first time using this product and it’s helped me gained 6 kilos by the end of finishing the 5KG bag, I’ve just ordered another 2. This has helped me move closer to reaching my goal weight of 90kgs. I started at 74kgs & now sitting at 80kgs. I think I could’ve put on more weight by ensuring I www eating 4-5 times a day. I purchased the Vanilla & almost vomited a few times hahaha I’ve not purchased strawberry & unflavoured Goes Well With:Frozen mango, mixed berries, banana or peanut butter + oats

tastes waaay to sweet
4I just bought this product, after waiting a month for it to arrive. Hearing all the good reviews I thought it was going to be great. After putting in 3 scoops of the vanilla (the recommended was 3 and half) and then blending it I found it to be waaay to sweet that I couldn't even finish it. Am I doing something wrong? (I used 400ml of milk, a banana, berries and 1 spoon of peanut butter)
