Why have we developed this product?

Due to its role as a building block in the body, protein is an important part of children's diets for healthy bone development and growth¹. Yet most cereal bars you find in supermarkets will be almost completely lacking in this essential nutrient.  Instead, you will find that most bars are crammed full of sugar, which not only provides extra calories but has also been linked to some adverse health effects*. This is why we have developed a lower sugar, higher protein bar that your kids will love and is also good for them. These snack bars are ideal lunchbox companions but can alternatively be eaten as a snack at home or during long car journeys.

How will my child benefit from this product?

With 5.9g of protein and 4.4g of sugar per bar, Little Beasts Grizzly Bars contain over three times the amount of protein and 55% less sugar than standard supermarket cereal bars.

In addition to this, we know the importance of micronutrients in children’s diets, so we have fortified these bars with vitamins and minerals to support with healthy growth and development², cognitive development³ and the function of the immune system⁴.

These bars are also gluten-free, high in fibre and are free from artificial colours and flavours.
