Great Protein
5Been through a few protein brands myself and this protein is definitely the most cost effective. Does the same job as products like gold standard for almost half the price. Flavour is great aswell!Goes Well With:Milkshake, Oats

3Haven't used the protein powder for long, so I can't really say anything about the effectiveness. I really like the taste though and it's easy to mix.

I see the progress
5I've been drinking it for 20 weeks now and I've seen progress. It's 50g of protein per serving so twice a day with a regular meal is all the protein you need for a standard workout diet.Goes Well With:Bananas. Fruits like watermelon and strawberries cause froth at the top.

5I have tried a few flavors now (Neapolitan, banana choc, apple crumble) and they all great. tried both with Milk and also water - milk is better (obviously) but still drinkable with water which is good for the calorie counters!!
