The shaker did not have spring inside
The shaker does not have spring inside. The protein does not mix well and is all lumpy. Highly disappointed

Disappointing
I bought two of these, one larger, one smaller. The metal ring around the plastic lid came off within a week, then the closing flap on the lids both tore a couple of months later, after maybe 10 or 15 uses each. A shame because the metal base is great, durable and easy to clean, but now I just have two metal cups without lids, I wouldn't recommend.

Never using any other shaker again
I've had so much trouble finding a leak-proof shaker, this is perfect! Being metal makes it super easy to clean as well.
