Myprotein Instagram Competition Terms & Conditions: "WIN YOUR HYROX TICKET"

1. Promoter: The promoter of this competition is Myprotein Australia.

2. Eligibility: This competition is open to residents of New South Wales, Australia who are aged 18 years or over, except employees of Myprotein, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition.

3. Competition Period: The competition will commence on 09/07/2024 and will close at 15:40 PM AEST on 16/07/2024.

4. How to Enter:

o Follow Myprotein on Instagram.

o Comment emojis on the competition post to show what your pre-race fuel looks like.

o Tag a friend who you want to take on.

o Share the competition post to your Instagram story for an extra entry.

5. Selection of Winners: The winners will be selected based on the creativity and originality of their entries, as judged by the Myprotein team. The best 5 answers will win.

6. Prize: Each winner will receive a single ticket to the HYROX Brisbane event. There are a total of 5 tickets available to be won. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

7. Winner Notification: The winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram by 16th July. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of being notified, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Myprotein will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

8. Data Protection and Publicity: Myprotein is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Myprotein’s Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by Myprotein or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.

o Myprotein reserves the right to amend the competition or these terms and conditions at any time, if necessary, for reasons beyond Myprotein’s control.

o In the event of any dispute regarding the competition, the decision of Myprotein shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

o This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

o By participating in this competition, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

10. Governing Law: The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
