THE Gainer: Ingredient Breakdown

Protein blend: whey isolate, whey phospholipid concentrate, hydrolysed whey, and micellar casein — helping to build muscle.¹

Carb10™: a primary carb source made from pea starch —helping you recover from exercise.²

MCT: a specific class of fatty acids— an important addition to a healthy balanced diet.

Flaxseed: these seeds have been used throughout history as a source of fibre and fatty acids.

MyZyme®: a blend of enzymes that break proteins into their amino acids while being digested.

1. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

2. Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. This beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours, and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.

When to take THE Gainer?

It’s recommended to consume 30-60 minutes after your workout to gain the maximum. However, you can also take it at any time of the day to top up on protein.
