Directions for Use
*Please take note that the recommended temperature setting may differ depending on the type and efficiency of the oven or microwave used.
- Add 50g of powder to your mug of choice.
- Add 70ml water or milk to the powder and mix to a paste.
- Microwave on 800watts (or similar) for 40 - 50 seconds, until the cake rises.
- Leave to stand for 30 seconds, eat and enjoy!

The salted caramel mug cake is next level! I love to add banana and a tiny bit of yoghurt or protein ice cream to mine it’s as good as a desert plus high in protein 🤩Goes Well With:Fruit, yoghurt, protein ice cream, low sugar sauces

Very impressed. Definitely need to play a bit with recipe to create a fluffier cake as others have said but 10/10 taste. I personally don’t like the fake sweetener taste and this cake is just sweet enough to feel like a treat. I had mine with fresh strawberries and some vanilla ice cream and felt likeI was eating a real desert - which is definitely a win when you’re cutting! I was skeptical getting a mug cake as I’ve made some disasters before, but this was awesome! I mixed 50g mug cake mix with 70ml water and a splash of water to loosen it up - in the microwave for 50 seconds and it was divine! It’s not overly sweet so I added some SF maple syrup on top which took it to that next level Goes Well With:Halo top ice cream, and some SF maple

I had to experiment with this mug cake mixture a little bit to get the consistency, fluffiness and texture that I like but I feel I’ve mastered that. Rather than adding 70ml of water, I’ve been adding 100ml of water and found the mixture being a bit more runny has allowed the cake to be fluffier and to rise more. And when using milk, I would continue with 70ml as the milk does make it heavier so if you want the cake fluffier I would just use water. But the milk does bring out the richness of the chocolate more so be careful with how much milk you use :) I would also recommend using a bigger and wider mug as the cake does expand and rise quite a bit; which I LOVE as eating bigger portions makes me feel I’m eating so much more than I actually am. Goes Well With:Goes sooo well with fresh strawberries and a light cream; makes such a nice sweet, fresh and amazing desert!

I'm on a low calorie diet right now and this is an amazing find! It hits the right spot for something sweet and different to a protein shake. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting a change in their diet and miss cakes (while not spending too much calories). As others have said, play around with the recipe and adjust water accordingly. Goes Well With:Different types of jams go well. The MyProtein Strawberry jam pairs well if you want another low cal topping.

Mikes well and tastes good, I’d prefer it a touch sweeter but can add some stevia or sugar free syrup for that. I use this product before bed to get my overnight protein in.Goes Well With:Berries and Yopro
