5Took a while to get used to the taste of Cola, but so happy with the purchase. This preworkout works. I mix myprotein preworkout cola with another preworkout lemon and it gets me through 2 hrs in the gym with no drop in intensity

4Cheapest price I could find anywhere for decent brand and reputable site. Tastes like a coke lollipop as a drink, gives a good boost and from what I can tell improves longevity and strength Goes Well With:Creatine monohydrate

Good pre-workout
4I enjoy this pre-workout. I have a sweet tooth, so it is not too sweet for me. I find that it mixes well. My first full serve I did get tingling, but it seemed my body adapted quickly (former coffee addict), so I now take a full serve every time. I do feel like it has an effect for those early morning workouts as I don't like drinking coffee first thing in the morning. I don't take it after midday otherwise it would affect my sleep. Having had previous experience with myprotein packets not closing properly, and reading comments below about it clumping up, I have been storing it in a large snap-lock bag since the day I opened it and it is still fine - no clumps 5 months later.

Not for me
1After many pre workouts throughout my bodybuilding phase.. I decided to give the my protein a go. However I have tried only twice and each time has made my physically sick. It's not put me off all pre workouts :(. I literally can't stomach to touch an energy drink now.

Horrible taste.
1Blue raspberry flavour taste like chemical. too sour and weird. I wouldnot recommend.Goes Well With:Rubbish bin.
