Perfect for breakfast
It’s super nice! I always eat baked oats as a breakfast. It’s already powdered so easy to cook and calories are good. And it’s cheap ! I’m appreciate it.

The chocolate flavour powdered oat tasted like chemical and disgusting...thrown away
I bought chocolate flavour powdered oat and it turned out to be a very regretful decision. The taste was a lot worse than natural chocolate flavour protein. It tasted like kind of chemical and I couldn't finish one cup. I got a family member to try it and they almost vomited. Why someone invented such a kind of flavour? I threw the whole bag in the bin, what a waste.

Very Useful
Taste: I got the unflavoured one so it tastes like plain oatmeal. However you can add your own ingredients to make your own flavours. Mixability: I recommend using a shaker/blender to mix the oatmeal, otherwise the oats would just stick together like a clump of wet sand. Effectiveness: It really helps when it comes to consuming more calories (especially with milk) and carbs. It is a regular part of my diet now. Overall: A very useful product and the pricing for the unflavoured version is great.Goes Well With:The powdered oats mixes well with water or milk. Adding it with protein powder in you shake is amazing and it can taste like the oats are not even there in the first place.

Be careful - only a good batch is worth your money
I've been ordering this for years and have consistently noticed a huge discrepancy in quality between batches - you can never be sure if you'll get a good one or not. Generally I'll make a shake with 1 scoop protein & 1 scoop powdered oats. A good batch mixes in with the protein shake like heaven, is silky smooth and has an earthy but not overpowering taste. A bad batch is almost undrinkable. There are unappetising 'fluffy' bits that do not mix in at all, and taste grainy and make the shake almost undrinkable - to the point where I let it sit for minimum ~30mins for all the gunk to fall to the bottom so i can drink it through my teeth to get some semblance of a protein shake in. I suspect these have not been fine filtered to remove the bran. Be very careful ordering this. The last two bags I ordered were poor quality and I am seriously considering switching brands just to be sure I'll actually get a quality product. Only a good batch is worth your money - and you don't know if you'll get one or not until you've paid and it arrives on your doorstep! Goes Well With:Mix in with a scoop of protein & water for a quick and nutritious breakfast or post-workout shake.

Oats for life
Love these powdered oats. I use them in replacement of rolled oats for my breakfast. They work out really creamy when mixed with egg whites. I have nearly finished my 5kg bag and will be ordering more. Goes Well With:Egg whites, protein powder, strawberries & peanut butter.

Bakers Delight
I ordered this flour after doing a search for healthy muffins that didn't contain wheat flour. I have to say that I have been able to bake the most delicious and filling banana muffins with it. Great as part of a healthy diet!

Powdered Oats with a twist
This is a great product it mixes well and the taste for me is great. I do not heat, I love it better cold..Goes Well With:Cold liquid. Absolutely amazing with skim milk and the my protein 100% maltodextrin carbs.
