Does good job
5I have peach/mango and take it twice a day. Between this and my Impact Whey (with bcaas) I have seen great muscle growth and am no longer ever sore after my workouts, even though I am training harder and harder every time. An adaptable taste, definitely dilute it at the start as it knocked me a bit Mixed well with unflavoured protein too, the taste is very strong but really delicious, and has helped heaps in my muscle growth and not soreGoes Well With:Water

Great value
5L-Glutamine is largely L-Glutamine...but this provides the best value for money I have seen in this type of product, the bag has a great sealing mechanism. Sour Apple is a great flavour, with iced water its as refreshing as an apple cider!
