It’s low in sugar, has added inulin for a source of fibre, and contains oats which are great slow-release carbohydrates — perfect to satisfy sweet-tooth cravings without causing a spike in your blood glucose.2

- SUGGESTED USE: Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, and is necessary for tissue building and repair. Add 50g (approx. 1 ¾ scoops) of powder to your mug of choice. Add 70ml of water or milk to the powder and mix to a paste. Microwave on 800 watts (or similar) for 40-50 seconds, until the cake rises. Leave to stand for 30 seconds, eat and enjoy! Powder settles over time, we recommend weighing for the most accurate measure.
