1. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

We recommend 1 scoop (26g) mixed with 300-400ml cold water. After shaking, wait about 15 seconds for the natural foaming to settle and then watch as it gradually clears into a colourful, translucent and refreshing protein drink. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. This product is intended to be used alongside a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
