- SUGGESTED USE: Vitamin B12 intake is particularly important in a Vegan diet. To reap the benefits of this product we recommend 1 1/2 scoops (16g) mixed with 300 - 400mL cold water in a Myvegan shaker. After shaking, wait a few minutes for the natural foaming to settle and then watch as it gradually clears into a colourful, transulcent and refreshing protein drink.
