Keeping the tape measure level, measure under your arms around the fullest part of your body.

Waist

Keeping the tape measure level, measure around your natural waistline, usually just above the navel.

Upper Hip

Keeping the tape measure level and standing with feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips.
