Great product
I have tried a few different types of products made with this ingredient. These by far are the best tasting. They are easier to chew & swallow. I just rinse them thoroughly under running water then dump them in boiled water for a few minutes. Drain them in a sieve and even press down on them with a paper towel to remove excess water. I use LOTS of sauce and have had no issues with them. I find I only need the serving size provided which is half the ones from other brands, but I feel full after. I will be a repeat customer as I miss my pasta and rice dearly!Goes Well With:spaghetti bog, stir frys, carbonana, any pasta dish

This is perfect in stir frys or as spaghetti. The only negative about it is that you have to cut it up as it can be a bit hard to chew. Otherwise perfect addition to substitute high carb foods!Goes Well With:Lean beaf and sugar free sauce Stir fry
