What are BCAAs?

Branched-chain amino acids, more commonly known as BCAAs, are a group of just three essential amino acids: leucine, isoleucine and valine. BCAAs naturally occur in protein, which helps to build and support your muscles — perfect for post-workout shakes. BCAAs are considered essential as they can’t be produced by your body and so must come from your diet — which can be time-consuming and costly, making our supplements a great way to get extra boost of essential amino acids alongside a balanced diet.
