When to take Marine Collagen? 

For best results, we recommend adding ½ a scoop (11g) to 250ml of water or another drink of choice, mixing and having any time of day. It’s easy to make part of your everyday routine.

What does Marine Collagen work well with? 

This supplement is great to increase your daily protein intake, but to make sure you’re getting enough of other essential nutrients try with our Daily Multivitamin tablets. They’re a powerful blend of seven vitamins, including vitamin D which contributes muscle function and bone health.²
