Good creatine
4Taste with water was but weird but if you chugged it then it tasted normal, I recommend mixing with juice of any sort because it mixes better and makes it taste better as well, it made noticeable changes in my muscle tone so it does it’s jobs well, serving sizes are only 3grams instead of the recommended 5 grams Goes Well With:Juice

Do not for the love of god buy a flavoured creatine
1When I bought my creatine from myprotein I thought it would be a simple and effective supplement but the taste and incredible sweetness of the berry blast flavour I received made it incredibly hard to meet my creatine goals. It also limits you to basically just water for mixing, as anything else doesn't taste great. I don't doubt the creatine itself it high grade but it is way too sweet and strong especially when you're trying to get 10-20 grams of creatine a day (only 5 grams in each serving though).
