Tough for a good clean
Pro: Works pretty well mixing and results in little lumps remaining Con: The plastic lid. Which is quite a shame considering the body is stainless steel and would have lasted a while otherwise. The lid also has really awkward edges and corners making it extremely hard to give it a proper clean, especially when the milk has dried up a bit.

I'm gonna admit I didn't have high expectations of it but it was a free gift with order. The shaker actually works impressively well! Mixes protein powder with milk with no lumps whatsoever. It's definitely a keeper.

Metal shaker
The quality of the shaker is great. Really easy to mid with and drink from. Only downside is the ml measurements aren't in easy increments of 100ml so it makes it a bit harder to measure out and not being being see through makes it harder to get an exact level.

I was lucky enough to get in for the Gold birthday version as well as this one. I'll be buying another one for work, I love it. I wanted it for bcaa's and they mix perfectly - without the loud sound of a mixer ball! Highly recommend.
