 That’s not all, the gel also contains electrolytes in the form of sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium which are proven to be necessary for multiple bodily functions. Most importantly promoting optimal fluid balance and water retention, contributing to the maintenance of hydration levels².

 The addition of key nutrients like vitamins B6, B12, B2 and niacin , help reduce tiredness and fatigue³. Giving you the confidence to push your limits from start to finish of your workout or competition.

SUGGESTED USE: Consume 2 sachets during exercise, up to 3 times daily. Do not exceed more than 6 sachets in a 24 hour period.
