Myprotein Instagram Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the "WIN 5 City2Surf TICKETS" Instagram competition ("Competition") conducted byMyprotein in New South Wales, Australia.

1.2. Byparticipating in this Competition, each entrant ("Entrant") agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Competition is open to legal residents of New South Wales, Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

2.2. Employees ofMyprotein, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible toparticipate in the Competition.

3. Competition Period

3.1. The Competition begins on 19th July 2024 at 14:30 and ends on 26th July 2024 at 14:30 ("Competition Period").

4. How to Enter

4.1. To enter the Competition, Entrants must complete the following steps during the Competition Period:

• Comment emojis to tell us what your race day essentials look like.

• Follow @Myproteinau and @City2surf.

• Tag FOUR mates whoyou'd take with you.

• Share the competition post to your Instagram story for an extra vote.

4.2. Each Entrant can enter multiple times, but only one entry per Entrant will be counted for the final decision.

5. Winner Selection

5.1. The best 5 entries, asdetermined by theMyprotein team based on creativity and relevance, will be selected as the winners ("Winners").

5.2. Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram by 26th July 2024 at 14:30.

6. Prizes

6.1. Each Winner will receive 5 tickets to the City2Surf event.

6.2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

6.3.Myprotein reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the original prize is not available.

7. Notification and Claiming the Prize

7.1. Winners will be contacted via direct message on Instagram.

7.2. Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within thistime frame may result in forfeiture of the prize, andMyprotein reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. General Conditions

8.1.Myprotein reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/ormodify the Competition, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyondMyprotein's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Competition, asdetermined byMyprotein in its sole discretion.

8.2.Myprotein reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Competition or to be acting in violation of these Terms or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

9. Liability and Release

9.1. Byparticipating in the Competition, Entrants agree to release and hold harmlessMyprotein, Instagram, their respective affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents fromany and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Competition or receipt or use of any prize.

10. Privacy

10.1. Any personal information collected in connection with this Competition will be used anddisclosed onlyin accordance withMyprotein's Privacy Policy, available on theMyprotein website.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construedin accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

12. Instagram Disclaimer

12.1. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

By entering, Entrants confirm that they are 18+ years of age, release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Instagram's terms of use.
